MOQ, Samples, and Lead Time
Prototype and small-batch orders are available for custom hydraulic cylinders. The MOQ is confirmed according to the cylinder type, dimensions, material, tooling requirements, and order quantity.
Custom samples can be produced for dimensional, installation, and performance verification. Sample costs and freight are confirmed after the technical drawings and specifications have been reviewed. Eligible sample costs can be credited toward a subsequent bulk order.
For urgent replacement projects with complete and confirmed specifications, prototype production can be completed in as little as 8–10 working days. The final lead time for batch production depends on the design complexity, materials, seals, machining requirements, and order quantity.
To obtain an accurate quotation and delivery schedule, please provide the bore diameter, rod diameter, stroke length, working pressure, mounting type, port dimensions, operating conditions, required quantity, and any available drawings or samples.
