The double vane pump features an aluminum alloy pump body, which is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. The vanes are made of wear-resistant alloy and have excellent wear resistance after treatment, ensuring stable operation over a long period. It is composed of two single-stage vane pumps that share a common drive shaft. When the motor drives the drive shaft to rotate, the rotors of the two pumps rotate synchronously. Under the action of centrifugal force and oil pressure, the vanes slide along the inner surface of the stator, and the volume between adjacent vanes changes periodically, completing the oil suction and discharge processes respectively. It can supply pressure oil to two different hydraulic circuits simultaneously, and through reasonable design, it can achieve different combinations of flow rates and pressures to meet the requirements of multiple working mechanisms.
