We’re excited to share that our production team just wrapped up a new batch of custom hydraulic power units last week — and the whole order, from final requirement confirmation to full quality inspection, took only 7 days. For our overseas clients, fast and reliable custom solutions don’t just save time; they help keep their own projects on schedule and avoid costly downtime. What the Client Needed
This repeat client reached out with a request for multiple hydraulic stations, each built for a different on-site application. There were heavy-duty units for large hydraulic machinery, compact power packs for smaller automation lines, and specialized units built with dedicated cooling systems and accumulators for continuous, long-hour operation.
None of these were standard off-the-shelf builds. Each unit required custom-tuned pressure settings, specific valve bank configurations, and matched motor power to fit the client’s exact working conditions. They also had specific requirements for component brands and pipeline layout, which our engineering team reviewed in full before production started.
How We Delivered in 7 Days

Right after the order was confirmed, our engineering team finalized the design drawings and got client sign-off within one working day. Our supply chain team pulled all required standard components from our in-stock inventory immediately, so there was no wait for long lead-time parts. The production workshop arranged parallel work on fuel tank fabrication, pipeline bending, and component pre-assembly to save time.
Throughout the process, our QC team checked in at every key stage: incoming material inspection, assembly check, static pressure test, no-load running test, and a final full-function test. We even ran an extra extended runtime test to make sure each unit held stable pressure and temperature under rated working conditions.

Heavy-duty large hydraulic stations**: Equipped with multi-way proportional valve banks, high-flow piston pumps, and integrated pressure monitoring. Built for heavy mechanical equipment with high pressure and high flow demands.
Compact vertical hydraulic power units**: Space-saving design with top-mounted motors, ideal for installation in small equipment and automated workstations. Simple, reliable, and easy to maintain.
Cooling-equipped hydraulic stations**: Fitted with industrial air coolers and bladder accumulators, designed for systems that run continuously for long periods. The cooler keeps oil temperature stable, while the accumulator maintains system pressure and absorbs pressure shocks.
All units are finished with corrosion-resistant paint, clearly labeled pressure gauges and controls, and packed and protected ready for international shipping.
